We see patients by scheduled appointments only.
We do not take walk-in appointments unless it is a medical emergency.
***MISSED APPOINTMENT POLICY***
At FVH your scheduled appointment time is reserved just for you and your pet. WE try not to overbook appointment times in order to provide excellent veterinary care and to be sure we have sufficient time to adequately examine and care for your pet.
We will make every effort to accommodate your scheduling needs. In return, we ask that you keep your scheduled appointments or notify its within 24 hours notice of cancellation. When we receive advanced notice of cancellation, we are able to accommodate other patients needing care. Failure to comply with this policy will necessitate the assessment of the following fees:
First Missed Appointment: Our staff will contact you to ensure you and your pet are all right and to reschedule your appointment. You will receive a letter stating this is your First missed appointment and a reminder of our missed appointment policy.
Second Missed Appointment: You will receive a letter stating this is your second missed appointment and that you have been charged a missed appointment fee of $25 per appointment, per pet.
Third Missed Appointment: You will receive a letter stating this is your third missed appointment and you have been charged the full exam fee per appointment, per pet.
Further Missed Appointments: Will require immediate payment in advance via credit card in order to schedule your pet's appointments.
